Perjalanan The Little Buster sukses! dan akhirnya liburan musim panas tiba, Semuanya kembali ke rumah mereka masing-masing untuk bertemu keluarga mereka, Semuanya, kecuali Riki (Tidak punya orang tua), dan Kud (Orangtuanya tinggal di luar negri), Suatu hari terjadilah bencana, banjir di asrama laki-laki, yang membuat Riki tidak punya tempat untuk tinggal. Untungnya, Kud bersedia untuk menolong Riki, dia sendiri juga sedang mencari teman sekamar.
